FTA Office of Civil Rights and ADA - The Office of Civil Rights provides technical assistance and training and conducts complaint investigations and onsite compliance reviews to ensure public transit providers fulfill civil rights requirements.

FHWA Civil Rights Team - The Civil Rights Team works in partnership with the FHWA Headquarters Office of Civil Rights to develop, promote and implement new policies, guidance, technologies, and National Initiatives to advance the FHWA/State Transportation Agency (STA) civil rights programs.
